Women in Tech

About this event

Empowering Tomorrow:

Bridging the Tech Gender Gap for a Resilient Future.

In an era where technology resilience is paramount, our upcoming webinar on March 8, 2024, aims to address a critical issue: "Women in Tech." As we celebrate International Women's Day, this event - in english - is a call to action, drawing inspiration from key insights provided by thought leaders in the tech and diversity space.

A critical state

According to recent studies by leading consultancies, including BCG and McKinsey, the underrepresentation of women in the tech sector is more than just a diversity concern—it's a strategic imperative. Not only it hampers diversity and inclusion but it also poses a threat to the resilience of the industry.

In 2023, the global tech industry continued to grapple with a significant gender disparity. Despite women representing 47% of the labor force, they hold only 17% of tech roles in Europe. This imbalance isn't just about representation; it's a critical factor contributing to the talent shortage. Besides, the scarcity of female talents in STEM fields not only hampers diversity but also exacerbates the growing skill shortage in the industry.

As we gear up for our upcoming webinar on March 8, 2024, themed "Women in Tech" we're bringing together industry experts to shed light on the challenges and opportunities. The event will be a melting pot of insights (in english), featuring:

  • Nina Olesen - Head Of Sector & COO | ECSO - Women4Cyber - EN
  • Julie de Bergeyck - Program Manager AI & Deeptech | Agoria - EN
  • Catherine Schmit - Founder & CEO | Haplikan - EN

Join us in the mission to bridge the gender gap, foster diversity, and build a resilient tech future. Together, we can unlock the full potential of the tech industry.

Save your spot now and contribute to shaping a more inclusive and resilient tech ecosystem.

Let's make a difference on March 8, 2024!
