MMA is growing at an incredibly fast rate around the world and continues to gain more traction with the Professional Fighters League acting as a major catalyst. During our conversation we will discuss how the PFL took shape, its current platform, and outlook for the future.
Joining the conversation will be three-division boxing World Champion Claressa Shields, PFL play-by-play announcer Sean O'Connell, Bose Chief Marketing Officer Jim Mollica, Kyle Watson, the VP of Marketing for Celsius and Anheuser-Busch Head of US Sports Marketing Matt Davis.
The representatives from Celsius, Anheuser-Busch, and Bose will speak to their companies’ partnerships and support of the PFL. In addition, we will hear about the type of exposure and return they have seen from their relationship with such a fast-growing sport and organization.

Claressa Shields | Three Division Boxing World Champion
Kyle Watson | VP of Marketing at Celsius
Kyle Watson has served as the head of Marketing for CELSIUS as of 2019. Having served a majority of her 18 year career in brand marketing, her experience spans across CPG (beverage), retail, and sports. Prior to CELSIUS, Kyle served as the Marketing Director for Hiball Energy and was the brand’s first marketing hire, putting the brand in position to be acquired by Anheuser-Busch in 2017. During her time at Hiball, the brand grew 180% and was named one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing companies. Over the course of her marketing career, Kyle has also worked on national brands including Macy’s, Morton’s, JetBlue and Teavana.
Jim Mollica | Chief Marketing Officer at Bose
Jim Mollica joined Bose in 2021 as the company’s first global chief marketing officer. He oversees the brand’s strategic and creative direction, as well as its connection to consumers across all platforms and touch points. Jim specializes in digital transformation and storytelling, drawing on more than 25 years of marketing, media, digital commerce, and revenue-generation expertise.
Prior to joining Bose, Jim held senior executive roles for some of the world’s top consumer, lifestyle, entertainment, and automotive brands, including Under Armour, Viacom/MTV Networks, The Walt Disney Company, Ralph Lauren, and Nissan Motor Corporation.
Matt Davis | Head of US Sports Marketing at Anheuser-Busch
Matt Davis is the Head of U.S. Sports Marketing for Anheuser-Busch InBev where he oversees the continued evolution of A-B's sports marketing and partnership strategy. In this role, Matt is responsible for identifying strategic partners and their activation inclusive of league, team, venue and athlete deals within NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NASCAR, PGA, UFC, soccer and collegiate sports. With one of the largest portfolios of partnerships in the industry, he is always looking for ways to reinvent the way A-B activates to drive growth and affinity for its North American brands. Matt has been at Anheuser-Busch for 9 years and is a graduate of Georgia Tech.
