Surety Outlook 2026: Tech & Ops Benchmarks is an annual report created by research firm Everest Group and commissioned by Tinubu. This is the second year we've run the benchmark together, and the 2026 edition digs deeper into AI and automation adoption, operational bottlenecks, and broker-carrier connectivity.
