In the lead up to the Christmas we would like to introduce Dr Sally Shaw. Sally is a psychologist who holds a particular focus on the provision of information, education and support to people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This webinar will offer a deep dive into coping with the stress (practically and psychologically) that can come in the lead up to Christmas. Presents, family, fatigue and hot days – let’s look at some tips for better management!
