In the framework of the European CLP classification, poison center notifications have to be submitted as soon as most dangerous mixtures are put on the market. National notifications are being replaced by centralized European system: this session present this process with the new IT Tools (UFI number, PCN portal and IUCLID software).

HSE engineer and member of the ATOUT CHIMIE team since January 2015, Jérémy DELVIGNE manages the structure's REACH/CLP training activity and performs various services in parallel (compliance audits, registration files, SDS and scenario analysis exhibition, etc.). He acquired practical experience during 4 years in the automotive and water treatment sectors. He was in charge of missions as the ISO 14001 certification coordination, analysis of employee exposure to chemical risks and the implementation of appropriate material and organizational resources. In this context, he worked on the main regulations relating to chemical products (REACH, CLP) and the associated risks (TMD, ATEX, fire safety, etc.).
