Tiffany is a loan underwriter at WIF, specializing in church financial analysis and structuring loan requests of all sizes. Before joining WIF, she worked at a midsize bank underwriting loans for clients across industries such as nonprofit education, construction, manufacturing, and automotive. Tiffany holds both a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Jacksonville State University (Go Gamecocks!). She lives in Fort Payne, Alabama, with her husband of 19 years and their two children. Tiffany is an active member of New Oregon Methodist Church, where she teaches Bible studies, leads Vacation Bible School, and facilitates other classes.
Rich has served as WIF’s senior loan officer for nearly 20 years, following 17 years in commercial banking with Midwest institutions. Under his leadership, WIF’s loan portfolio has expanded from a few hundred church loans totaling $250 million to over 1,300 loans exceeding $2 billion across all 50 states. Rich oversees underwriting, loan proposals, and board submissions. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Butler University (Go Bulldogs!). Rich lives in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife Kathy of 35 years. They have three adult children and attend ITown Church.
