About this event
The K-REACH Regulation, named after its very similarity to the European REACH, came into force on 1st January 2015. Implemented on 1st January 2019, K-REACH Amendment impacts companies that export, import or manufacture chemical substances present on the KECL (Korea Existing Chemicals List) in South Korea.
After a pre-Registration phase for chemical substances completed on 30th June 2019, companies must now anticipate the four deadlines imposed by the Korean Ministry of the Environment. As a reminder, these deadlines are defined according to the tonnage band:
How to prepare for the 31st December 2021 deadline? How to be compliant and register your chemicals? What are the risks in case of non-compliance with K-REACH Regulation?
