Mustafa Ahmed Syed is a 21-year-old entrepreneur and the founder of REZA, a performance brand that has developed the worlds most advanced light-up footwear technology. Poised to launch in 2021, REZA is excited to enter the market and the team holds talent with experience hailing from Crocs, New Balance and Nike.

Matthew Growney has become a well-known and successful investor and creative director for his understanding of design-conscious products, brands and services, for the luxury and lifestyle markets. Through his brand consultancy, THERMAL BRANDS, Matthew consults to dozens of clients within the Fashion, Beauty/Wellness, Food, and Home/Hospitality categories. He has designed exclusive products and consumer experiences (installations, presentations, charity events, concerts, Pop ups) for such events including the NBA Draft, Art Basel, CES, ComplexCon, KidzCon, Paris Fashion Week, NY Fashion Week, and Formula One.

James Waldie is the Co-founder and CEO of Cape Bionics, a company that brings medical grade and custom-fit compression to sports. He has over 2 decades of experience in compression garments, including research at the University of California and a Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT for 2.5 years, working principally on his Skinsuit designs as a physical deconditioning countermeasure for astronauts. He has also been a consultant at the NASA Johnson Space Center, and was a Principal Investigator with the European Space Agency (ESA) on his Skinsuit program, which deployed suits to the Space Station in 2015 and 2017. He co-founded Cape Bionics in 2017 to lift the standard of sports compression to that of other industries.

Laila Zemrani is the co-founder and CEO of Fitnescity, a platform that offers a variety of lab tests for fitness, nutrition and general health. Laila was named one of the top 18 female leaders in the NYC Tech Scene, a Legatum fellow in Entrepreneurial Leadership and a MasterCard Foundation fellow at MIT. She is an early adopter and advocate of personalized wellness, self-collected data and the Quantified Self. Her work on the topic has appeared in numerous media outlets and venues such as Stanford Medicine X, MIT, NYU, Harvard, the United Nations, Future Healthcare Week and HyperWellbeing. Prior to Fitnescity, she was a founding employee at Dataxis, a global data analysis firm. Laila has an MBA from MIT Sloan. As an undergraduate, she studied engineering and management at Télécom ParisTech.
