Glenn Grant’s expertise of over 25 years of leadership in the IT services sector has been integral to his role as the SVP of Professional Services at Mission. Glenn's entrepreneurial journey started with the founding of G2 Tech Group in 2009, a company that became known for its innovative AWS solutions and was recognized four times on the Inc. 5000 list. The strategic sale of G2 to Great Hill Partners in 2018 significantly shaped the foundation of what is now known as Mission, marking a key phase in Glenn's career and the evolution of the company.

Prior to his current executive role, Glenn was closely involved with Mission as a Board Observer and Advisor, where he provided strategic guidance and oversight, helping to steer the company during critical growth phases. His transition from the boardroom to leading the Professional Services division encapsulates his deep commitment to Mission’s success, where he now drives strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Jay Wessland is responsible for strategy, implementation, and management of Technology, Operations, and Facilities for the Boston Celtics. Jay joined the Celtics in 1990 as a consultant and member of the Game Night staff and has been a fixture at the office and court side ever since.

During his tenure, Jay has transformed the Celtics Technical Infrastructure many times over; from pre-PC to modern OnPremise Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructures, and SaaS/IaaS applications while also managing existing and new Facilities and Operations. Recent projects include design and construction of The Auerbach Center Practice Facility, numerous architectural and Technical TD Garden renovations, and managing the organization’s Covid responses.
