FANUC iHMI:

Our standard machines are now equipped with the latest FANUC iHMI and the associated benefits. You can expect a swiveling and angled 19" panel, which has an ergonomic keyboard with direct keys for relevant functions.

EDNA App Feature Correction:

This app makes it easy to correct workpiece features in production. With guided correction input, customizable views of the relevant information, trend visualization of production data, simple assignment of features and visual support through the integration of drawings, your process correction is significantly simplified.

EDNA App Production Status:

With this app, operators have the most important production data at a glance. Piece counter, workpiece type counter, shift counter, processing status, active workpiece and active tools are just some of the functions that this app offers. The "Production Status" app makes it possible to keep track of production processes and call up the status in real time directly on each machine.

The extended functions of the EDNA apps will be implemented in both Siemens and Fanuc machines in order to ensure optimum transparency and efficiency in production. This should ensure standardization of all EMAG machines. The EDNA apps will be available for FANUC machines from July 2024.
