    Tom Oates Agronomist for Premium Crops & Cefetra @ Premium Crops

    Tom started working for Premium Crops and Cefetra at the end of Summer. Tom graduated from Aberystwyth University with a BSc degree in Agriculture. Pulling on his previous knowledge working for Origin fertiliser as a Nutrient Agronomist, Tom is FACTS qualified and able to provide in-depth advice on crop nutrition and products. Tom is now building up his BASIS knowledge to provide full comprehensive advice for the Premium Crops crop portfolio. As part of an Agronomy team, He will assist with providing bespoke advice to farmers and agronomists via attending shows, farm visits, bespoke bulletins and designing trials to further crop development and agronomy. Additionally, Tom is working with Cefetra to help build new ventures and projects. This includes advising growers about the new Cefetra Ecoservices Carbon package, the development of Poly-4 trials fertiliser trial and analysis and other new ventures that are in progress.
