Copper Consultancy invites you to their event

Connecting Women: Does a gender diverse project increase success?

About this event

Copper is delighted to invite you to our latest webinar as part of our Connecting Women campaign, where we will be asking our panel “does a gender diverse project increase success?”

We will be joined by Thames Water panelists:

  • Leonie Dubois, Head of Engagement, Land and Consents, Thames Water
  • Georgina Seely, Head of Strategic Resources Engineering, Thames Water
  • Claire Rees, Senior in-house Counsel, Thames Water

With years of experience and a wealth of expertise, our panel will talk to us about their own experiences and insights. We will unpick how project teams can increase success, especially within a male-dominated industry.

Over the past 50 years the percentage of women working has more than doubled, yet with more women working than ever before the gender gap is still visible within infrastructure. With only 16.5% of engineers being women, and this lack of representation can be seen across infrastructure.

We will talk about how we can all help to create positive change and the benefits that come with gender-diverse workforces.
