About the panelists

Jack O'Holleran, Co-founder and CEO, SKALE Labs

Jack O'Holleran is Co-founder and CEO of SKALE Labs, and a veteran entrepreneur with a deep background in machine learning, AI, security and blockchain. Prior to co-founding SKALE, he was a founder of IncentAlign, a digital currency platform, and Aktana, a leading machine learning analytics platform for the life science industry. He was also an executive at Good Technology, which was acquired by Motorola.

Spencer Noon, Head of DTC Capital

Spencer Noon leads investments for DTC Capital, a fundamentals-focused crypto investment fund. DTC Capital is stage-agnostic, which means we invest in both early-stage opportunities (equity and future tokens) as well as later-stage opportunities (primarily tokens). He spends most of his time working with entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of the company lifecycle, helping them navigate a space that can be both frustratingly fluid and idiosyncratic. 

Michael Arrington, Founder, Arrington XRP Capital

Michael most recently Co-Founded CrunchFund after leading TechCrunch to a successful exit with AOL. His venture investments include Uber, Airbnb and Pinterest. Michael was the Editor of TechCrunch, which he founded in 2005. In 2008 Time Magazine named Michael “One of the World’s 100 most influential people”. Michael also practiced securities law at O’Melveny & Myers and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Michael graduated from Stanford Law School and Claremont McKenna College. Michael is currently serving as an Inaugural Binance for Children Ambassador and is passionate about leveraging blockchain technology for social good.

Min Teo, Managing Partner, ConsenSys Labs Investments

Min leads the investment team at ConsenSys. She previously built a payments startup in the UK, and has a background in private equity and credit investing. She serves as an advisor to various startups and as a trustee of Techfugees.

Kyle Samani, Co-founder and Managing Partner, Multicoin Capital

Kyle Samani is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Multicoin Capital, a thesis-driven investment firm that invests in cryptocurrencies, tokens, and blockchain companies reshaping trillion-dollar markets. Prior to Multicoin Capital, Samani co-founded Pristine, an enterprise software company that enables deskless workers with solutions for smart glasses (Upskill, 2017).
