Carer Gateway is a free nationwide program that aims to support the wellbeing of carers of all ages, including young carers. Carers are people looking after a family member or a friend with a disability, a medical condition, a life-limiting condition, a mental illness, a drug/alcohol condition or who are frail due to age.
Services and supports provided by Carer Gateway including Peer Support, Tailored Support Packages for practical & other support, Counselling, Coaching, Online Courses, Emergency Respite & Podcasts.
