About the speakers:

Carlos Del Corral - Carlos has been Director of Mobile Insights and Innovation both at Nokia and Microsoft, driving action thanks to the feedback of millions of customers. He is now Co-founder and CEO of Lumoa, a solution that looks at any type of customer feedback to tell companies what to do next to grow their business.

Mark Squires - Mark is the CEO and founder of Watermelon Research, a CX consultancy that designs evidence-led strategy that helps businesses in driving transformation, innovation, and commercial results. They help bridge a gap in the marketplace by bringing together technology and consultancy. Mark leads the team across all strands of our work from research design through to consultancy, he is a hands-on CEO and is involved in client partnerships. Mark’s vision for Watermelon includes our proprietary work on current topics and value add pieces such as CX indexing and the impact of Consumer Duty.

Sian Kerr - Sian leads the insight and consultancy arm at Watermelon Research and her expertise and passion lie in the design and delivery of CX programs that shape business transformation. Since joining Watermelon, Sian has worked with a varied set of clients that includes Shell, Invesco, RBS, SimplyCook, Benenden Health, Royal Mail, Dyson, and more on projects covering the CX cycle from journey mapping, experience measurement, prioritization, service design, and transformation through to implementation and evolution. Sian also oversees Watermelon’s proprietary research, which has involved the creation of our CX Principles, a framework that enables clients to differentiate through customer-centric service.
