Application Series: Career Management & Career Paths

The Career Management Module is combination of the Training Management and Skills Management Modules, with the Career Paths Site Setting enabled. Creating Career Paths allows Users to be placed into a Career Path while allowing for the ability to perform gap analyses, determine current and future training needs, and assist with promotion candidates.
