A.J. Steinberg is the Founder of Queen Bee Fundraising. With over 20 years experience as a nonprofit event producer and engagement strategist, A.J. Steinberg has worked on over 100 successful events and raised millions of dollars for organizations with her Los Angeles-based production company. In 2015 A.J. launched Queen Bee Fundraising to share the art of nonprofit event planning, sponsorship acquisition, and engagement strategies with organizations worldwide.
Jason Champion is the Vice President of Business Development at Winspire, a global provider of luxury experiences for charity auctions and fundraisers. He is responsible for the next-stage corporate brand vision as the company's branding leader, driving performance via product and service innovation, strategic brand planning and positioning, multiplatform content marketing, and communications, creative, digital campaigns, customer success, and business development.
Jeff is no stranger to fundraising events, having participated in them for over 25 years. He ran his first fundraiser in 2005 and has managed over 50 auction events and fundraisers for his own charities, not to mention hundreds more with Handbid. Jeff has been involved in technical product and software development since 1996 and has built and managed mobile app solutions since 2008. When it became clear that he and his wife, Kari Porter, needed a better solution for their fundraisers, developing a mobile bidding app was a no-brainer. The result? Jeff and his wife Kari developed and launched Handbid in 2011. The rest is what they call “history”.
amplifi’s Marketing Manager, Mike Montalto, loves alliteration and has been with the company for over five years. His role involves producing and distributing educational content that helps nonprofits think differently about their fundraising approach and rise above the noise with their communications strategy. When he’s not writing about nonprofits, Mike enjoys playing bass and cheering on the New York Rangers.
Vedha Sayyaparaju is the co-founder and CTO of Zuddl, a unified platform for events and webinars that helps event marketers plan and execute events that drive growth. The platform has clients across the globe such as the United Nations, Kellogg’s, Microsoft, HSBC, VMware, Google, and Cipla amongst others. Prior to Zuddl, Vedha worked at Blend, Facebook, and Pinterest. She joined these companies after she graduated from MIT with a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering.
