[Lenovo + ProLion] Safeguarding Student Records: A Live Ransomware Simulation on K-12 Schools & Universities

About this event

In this 45-minute webinar, Kent Cartwright, ProLion Solutions Engineer and Certified Ethical Hacker, will demonstrate a live ransomware attack in which a school’s network is compromised after a student unwittingly downloads a malicious app onto their laptop.

He will then discuss a “fourth layer” of last-chance protection that goes beyond endpoint detection, network detection, and backups, which can be added to a school’s multi-layered cybersecurity plan.

Plus, a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
