Everton Allen is a Miami born, bred, and based multidisciplinary brand strategist and creative leader with almost 20 years of experience shaping iconic sports, entertainment, and lifestyle brands. From leading award-winning campaigns for the Miami Dolphins and Miami Marlins to driving growth at a national business consulting firm, he brings an unmatched mix of cultural fluency, visual storytelling, and strategic execution to businesses. Passionate about shaping world-class brand experiences through high-performance creative, collaboration, and insights-driven thinking while keeping business priorities, Everton has a track record that speaks for itself. Everton also is a classically trained visual artist, a lifestyle brand owner, enjoys watching sports, and always down for a soul-edifying meal.
Oscar Avila is a brand strategist and product innovation leader with over a decade of global experience in brand development, creative direction, and market expansion. He has launched and scaled six startups, held senior marketing roles in international companies, and built strategies that deeply connect with audiences across industries from luxury and lifestyle to tech, events, and education. Oscar’s career spans Miami and international markets in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, where he has led high-impact campaigns, developed market-ready products, and guided emerging brands. He currently teaches in the master’s program at Miami Ad School, mentoring the next generation of global creatives.
