About this event
Private equity is placing greater emphasis on treasury maturity, viewing it as a marker of operational discipline and a driver of valuation. Cash visibility, liquidity planning, and scalable processes are increasingly part of what PE sponsors expect both pre- and post-deal.
In this webinar, Travolta Mohan (Mangopay), Lou Gueroeva (Zanders), Job Wolters (Zanders), and Joel Nordström (Atlar) share how treasury is evaluated from an operator, advisor, and financial sponsor perspective. They’ll discuss common due-diligence red flags, the foundations of PE-ready liquidity and risk management, and how scalable processes help portfolio companies support rapid international growth.
The conversation will also cover how real-time data and AI-enabled tools enhance forecasting, liquidity deployment, and value creation across the investment lifecycle.
