About this event
As sports venues prepare to reopen, event operators are quickly pivoting to create a safer experience for fans. And the stakes are high: How teams message and service fans before they even step foot inside stadiums can set the tone for the entire season as we work our way back during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session explores the new fan journey and how touch-free payment options, streamlined operations, and actionable data insights can create a frictionless and contactless experience.
Registration is free. All registrants will receive a link to watch the recording once the session concludes.
