So many of us want to develop confidence, to feel more in control, less afraid, with less nerves and more authority and gravitas. In this webinar Kirsty will be sharing practical ways to understand what holds us back and how we can start to unlock our inner confidence.

Kirsty is an organisational thought leader, having built large global companies through innovative processes. She is an expert in empowering winning teams, increasing creativity and innovation, developing professional confidence and resilience and powerful communication.

Having built a successful global digital marketing agency and partnering with companies such as IBM, Virgin Atlantic and IKEA she has a wealth of real world corporate experience which she brings to her speaking.

Kirsty and her work has been featured on Forbes, Inc, Metro, Bustle, HR News, Happiful Magazine, Consultancy UK alongside many others. She is accredited with the Neuroleadership Institute in brain based coaching and is an expert in organisational neuroscience, using scientific evidence to support her corporate work and experience.

She is also a standup comedian, having ran a sold out a two woman show at globally acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe in 2016, and brings this passion for humour into her work.
