Leveraging a New Era of Stadium Technology to Improve Operations and Fan Experiences, powered by SpotOn

To combat the latest labor challenges and increased cost of goods, stadiums of all sizes are embracing new technology—from in-seat ordering to grab-and-go terminals and mobile ordering for cashless payments—as a way to streamline their operations and create a frictionless experience for their guests and employees.

In this conversation, we’ll take a deep dive with The Arizona Diamondbacks to discuss how they are embracing an omni-channel approach to create cohesion across multiple software and hardware systems on one platform.

Attendees will learn how they can leverage technology at their own facilities to:

  • Increase throughput with a combination of self-service tech and traditional cashiers, or minimize staffing by going self-service only
  • Boost sales with automated self-serve technology designed to increase orders and upsells
  • Create an exceptional fan experience by ensuring fans are spending less time in line and more time enjoying the game
  • Capture comprehensive, usable data and analytics across all segments of your business Operation
  • Maximize and retain labor with POS software that’s easy to use and requires minimal training
  • Enhance existing systems such as native mobile apps with POS integration through open APIs

Don’t miss this eye-opening conversation between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the omni-channel POS technology experts from SpotOn to learn how you can up your game with a unified technology solution for stadium commerce operations, fan engagement, employee satisfaction, and data analytics.
