Ty has worked in various customer success roles, both customer facing and in internally driven initiatives. Currently, as the Manager of Customer Education, they lead the team to develop educational content for use with product onboarding, customer support, and feature adoption.
When Todd joined TraceGains he was already experienced in QM having been a customer using TraceGains. Now Todd uses his previous experience and industry knowledge to help his customers excel at QM and TraceGains' other suite of products.
Alyssa fulfills the role of Learning Content Specialist on the Customer Education team. Her focus is creating cohesive, entertaining, and thoughtful written content for the TraceGains Academy.
