1st Meeting GASA Europe (members & invite only)

About this event

GASA Europe is organizing its first chapter meeting.

The goal of the GASA Chapter in Europe is to unite Industry and the Government Authorities to reduce the financial and emotional harm caused by scams through collaboration, research, and defining shared solutions.

At our first meeting we want to establish a draft agenda and action plan for the chapter for 2026-2027.

The agenda is as follows:

  • 12:00 – Networking Lunch offered by the Cybersecurity Center Belgium
  • 13:00 – Welcome by the Cybersecurity Center Belgium (start virtual session)
  • 13:05 – The State of Scams in Europe – Jorij Abraham, Managing Director GASA
  • 13:15 – Introduction of GASA Europe – Andrei Skorobogatov, Policy Director GASA
  • 13:30 – The UK Fraud Strategy, lessons learned.
  • 13:45 – Open Discussion - Where are the gaps where GASA Europe can add value?
  • 15:45 – Next Steps
  • 16:00 – Closure

The meeting will be in hybrid form and is meant for members only. As the maximum number of physical participants is 30, physical participation is based on invitation only. Via this form you can only register for virtual attendence. If you like to join face to face, please contact us.
