He founded the business with his mother, who has over 25 years of experience in running mentoring programs - they brought mentoring best practice to the digital age. Together they built a company that he is hugely honoured to lead and serve. Alex is passionate about HR Technology, helping people connect, effective communication, music, family and creating a legacy for the next generations that is inclusive and respectful. At AoM they are passionate about creating mentoring relationships that work to satisfy human connection and produce unexpectedly pleasing results for people and their organisations.
Lisa is the CEO of Center for Mentoring Excellence. She is a global speaker, and an expert in the intersection of cultural competency and mentoring. Lisa is an Executive Coach who guides leaders to create better workplaces, and is known for her frank, kind, and holistic approach to helping leaders help themselves. For almost a decade, Lisa practiced law in the Chicago office of a major multinational law firm, where she counseled employers on creating inclusive policies and practices. While in that role, she served as a Master Trainer who directed thousands of employees at companies large and small on creating better workplaces.
Megan is the Head of Engagement at Juno. She is an event strategist with advanced training and extensive experience in strategic meeting management, event development and planning, virtual and hybrid events, educational programs, and association management. Megan is an exceptional leader, relationship-builder and project manager who is creative, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
