Join an interactive webinar to discover Università Cattolica’s Specializing Master in Innovation in Food Science and Technology – Michele Ferrero, a 1-year programme designed in close collaboration with Fondazione Ferrero.

The session will guide you through the academic structure, industry-driven approach and international perspective of the programme, with direct insights from our Professors and a recent student, who will share first-hand experience of the learning environment, the collaboration with Ferrero, and the impact on career development.

You will gain a clear understanding of how the programme combines advanced academic training with an immersive experience at the Ferrero Research Center in Alba, preparing graduates for high-level roles across the food industry.

The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and clarify any aspect of the programme.


Applicants must have a background in one of the following degrees: Medicine and surgery, Veterinarian medicine, Pharmacy, Agrarian sciences and technologies, Food sciences and technologies, Chemistry, Biological sciences. Candidates must also possess specific knowledge in the following topics (which will be assessed during the admission interview): human nutrition, general and food microbiology, food technology, food chemistry.
