Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems invites you to their event

Live demo: Kongsberg Feeder and Stacker with C64

About this event

LIVE from our Customer Experience Center

Join us LIVE for the first demo of the Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker in action, filmed in our Customer Experience Center in Belgium, on October 28 at 4pm CET.

We will give a full demonstration of this modular solution and show you how to increase productivity and give your business a competitive edge! For example, you will see how the underside camera scans the sheets from below (print side) and automatically locates the registration marks, barcodes and the corner of the sheet – easily saving you 20-30 minutes of set up time!

The pallet-to-pallet solution, that can work unsupervised with a total stack height of 915mm/36in, is the optimal solution for short run production on all packaging and display materials.

We will demonstrate with a variety of material types and sizes, plus a selection of our specialty tools to show you different jobs are handled.

All registrants receive a recording of the event, to watch later and share with colleagues.

THE PERFECT WAY TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

The Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker is the perfect way to increase productivity and give your business a competitive edge. It’s an easy-to-use pallet-to-pallet solution. With stack height at 915 mm/36 in. and quick automatic load cycles it is the optimal solution for short-run production on all typical packaging and display materials. See how the optional underside camera scans the sheet from underneath (the print side) and automatically locates the registration marks, barcodes, and the corner of the sheet – saving between 20-30 minutes per set up!

  • CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION: The Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker is one of the most advanced automated sheet handling solutions for large format digital finishing. Providing a seamless way to increase your productivity, the feeder and stacker combination will speed up your short-run production by eliminating operator intervention and manual material loading bottlenecks. The result? Greater unattended operation!
  • WIDE RANGE OF MATERIALS: Processing a stack height of 915 mm/36 in. means fewer pallet changes and continuous handling of materials. And, on the subject of materials, the Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker combination can handle sheet sizes of up to 3200x1600 mm/126x63 in., as well as all typical packaging and display materials, including Folding Carton, Single- through to Triple-wall Corrugated, Honeycomb board and Corrugated Plastic.
  • PERFECT STACK ALIGNMENT: The board feeder is specifically designed to cause no harm to the board or the print as it moves to the cutting table. The Kongsberg table quickly registers cuts and then delivers the material to the pallet with perfect stack alignment to ensure consistent production with the next step in the workflow. With the optional underside camera, you can even convert printed media with the print side down.
