GTI invites you to their event

GTI Breakfast News

About this event

This time our theme is ‘The New Elite’. We’ll be looking at the individuals that every early talent recruiter seems to be chasing – in particular, Black, female and social mobility candidates.

Stephen Isherwood of the ISE will discuss targeted recruitment initiatives, while Andrew Baird from Blackbridge and Dasha Karzunina from Cibyl will interview a panel of the new elite, allowing us to hear directly from this in-demand audience.

Finally, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson will offer her thoughts on what the D&I curriculum looks like in 2021 and beyond and share some ideas on how to target high achievers, particularly those with disabilities.

Once again, it promises to be a morning of fresh ideas, interesting debate and usable insights.
