Lexia and FA Solutions would like to invite you to our upcoming two-part webinar series on the new Fund Regulations for 2020. The European Securities and Market Authority (ESMA) has recently published new guidelines on liquidity stress testing in UCITS and AIFs funds that will come into effect in fall of this year.
Lexia, a Helsinki-based law firm, and FA Solutions, a Wealth Management technology provider, have worked closely in the past to address and implement various kinds of European-level regulation changes for our mutual clients. Within the webinars we will be touching on the following topics:
- Implication of Liquidity Stress testing
- Legal changes to ESMA reporting
- Technology solutions for monitoring liquidity
In part one of the webinar taking place on 14 May, we will focus at a higher level on current challenges of adhering to new regulations. In part two on 3 June, we will be taking a closer look at what the best practices are for developing your own operations and technology stack for the new guidelines.
