Ty has worked in various customer success roles, both customer facing and in internally driven initiatives. Currently, as the Manager of Customer Education, they lead the team to develop educational content for use with product onboarding, customer support, and feature adoption.
Robbie is a former customer of TraceGains and is now a Customer Success Manager at TraceGains where she'll manage her own customers. In this session, Robbie will share her experience as a customer and give her own experience utilizing the features discussed in this training.
