Scott Pearring is a CEO, church elder, and foster dad based in San Jose, CA. A pastor’s kid, he developed a lifelong love for the local church through faith, family, and ministry. One pastor describes him as having “a Heart for God, a Heart for Ministry, and a Head for Money.” In 2010, Scott founded Seek First Financial, a faith-based financial and tax firm that has helped hundreds of Christians steward their resources wisely. He now focuses on Seek First Foundation, a nonprofit ministry designed to raise joyful givers to fund the local church.
