As fans gradually return to live sporting-events, sports employers and venue operators are using new technologies to ensure safety and efficiency. This panel will examine the state of cutting-edge technology that is being used to allow employees to work and to allow fans to attend in-person sporting events.

Antony Bonavita is the Executive Vice President of Venue Operations at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, guest experience, ticket operations, and project management. Antony is responsible for all event booking with a focus of maintaining Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse’s status as one of the busiest venues in the world.
Matt Caraballo is the Ticket Operations Manager for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since transitioning into tickets operations, the Buccaneers have been able to implement 100% mobile ticketing, mobile box office staff at entry gates, yearly ticket taker training, secondary entry/exit scanning for premium areas, entry scanning for parking lots and touchless validation at all gates/entry points.
Cole Cook is the Vice President, Strategy & Business Intelligence for the Arizona Coyotes. Cole Cook is in his second year with the Coyotes organization. Cook leads a team focused on all technology initiatives across the company while developing organizational reporting, analysis and segmentation for initiatives across all revenue generating departments.
Brett Unzicker is Vice President of Sales for Samsung Electronics America’s B2B Display Division. Brett currently leads a sales group with responsibilities for Live Events, Entertainment, and Spectaculars vertical markets. In addition, Brett has a product responsibility for Samsung’s Prismview line of LED displays. From major sports entertainment venues to Times Square, his team’s work is enjoyed by millions daily.
