Book your Sympa practice environment 12.01.2026

In this practice environment, you can practice using Sympa in a fictional organization and complete exercises that help you understand how Sympa works. You will have access to the environment for one business week (Monday - Friday). Please note that all of our training content (videos, documents and assignments) are all in 360Learning and we kindly ask you to sign up if you have not already.

How it all works:

1. Sign up to our training group, Learn Sympa! in 360Learning, and enroll to the courses you want to complete (such as the main admin training)
2. Reserve the practice environment for yourself for one business week if you want a more practical learning experience.
