Advocacy Through Action: A Healthy Materials and Occupant Well-being Journey

1 x IDCEC Credit Offered to All Attendees

The dynamic hybrid workplace poses opportunities and challenges to balancing advocacy for a healthy materials economy with occupant well-being and belonging.

This demonstration of SERA Architects’ journey to design its new hybrid office headquarters while also pursuing the Living Building Challenge (LBC) Materials Petal, LEED v4 CI Platinum, WELL, RESET and ILFI Zero Carbon certifications offers transferable lessons learned for attendees that have LBC experience or accreditation. Attendees will leave with ideas that will spark action in their own practice.
