The Procurement Act 2023 came into force in February 2025 and brings significant change - both for entities bidding for public contracts and for organisations who are required to follow the procurement rules when awarding contracts. Bevan Brittan partners, Bethan Lloyd and Laura Brealey, look at the key points you should be aware of. They will cover:
