Kristian O'Meara, known as "KO," is the SVP of Global Strategic Initiatives at JAGGAER. With a robust 25-year tenure in the industry, his expertise in meeting the diverse needs of enterprise stakeholders—both buyers and sellers—is well-honed, ensuring value creation through S2P solutions. Kristian's thirst for knowledge is unquenchable, and he firmly believes in the ethos of 'Paying it forward.' He is dedicated to disseminating his insights through speaking engagements, publications, and directly mentoring the team and clients. This fervor extends into his personal life, where he serves as a mentor and coach to local youth sports teams. Before his journey with JAGGAER, Kristian enriched his experience within the supply chain solutions consulting sphere at Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini. His academic foundation is solid, with a Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University's Max Fisher College of Business, complemented by executive education at Columbia Business School.
Matt Wreford joined Demica as CEO in November 2014 and, having raised $60m of series A/B/C growth capital, led the expansion of the firm from 12 to 200 people. His primary responsibilities are setting the firm’s strategy & product vision and building strategic relationships with our global banking partners to deliver long term growth. Prior to joining Demica, Matt was the Group of CEO of IPGL, the private holding company of Michael Spencer, founder & CEO of ICAP Plc as well as CEO of Exotix Partners LLP, the investment banking boutique specialising in illiquid bonds and loans, equities, and structured finance. He has served as a non-executive director of numerous other fintech and financial services companies including City Index, Origin Asset Management, and Ri3K.
Brooke is SVP, Global Trade & Treasury Solutions, a role she took on after serving as Mastercard’s Head of European Commercial Solutions. Prior to joining Mastercard, Brooke spent 10 years at American Express in London and NYC. Most recently she led the development and management of international loyalty solutions for Corporate Products. Brooke also held roles in global business transformation and global distribution partnerships with a focus on banks and travel agencies. She was previously director of finance for a satellite media company and spent several years as an investment banker.
Mike has been CEO of Adaugeo Media, the company behind The Working Capital Forum, since 2012. Before that he was CEO of the European operations of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mike is a regular speaker, writer and moderator on working capital and treasury management topics.
