Cyber & Legal Talks: The Butterfly Effect of Incident Disclosures

or

About this event

From SEC Disclosures to the amendment of the Singapore Personal Data Privacy Act and implementation of Thailand Data Privacy act, regulatory pressure on cyber and legal teams is increasing.

Join NCC Group and K&L Gates as we unpack these challenges, providing technical and legal insights across breach reporting and other disclosures including ransomware payments.

During the session we will explore:

  • How is the regulatory and threat landscape evolving?
  • How should APAC-based companies adapt to these new trends?
  • How discoverable have incident handling procedures become?
  • Should we legal proof our cyber programs?
  • How forensically ready should you be?

Don't forget to stay for the open Q&A at the end with our team, they'll be ready to answer any questions you might have.
