New B2B Tax ID Validation Rules in Egypt - Summarised

About this event

Businesses selling into Egypt will soon be required to validate their B2B buyers' Tax Registration Number (TRN) and a new identifier, the Unique Identification Number (UIN).

This new tax ID validation process, which includes UIN validation, will be enforced starting November 1, 2024.

Egyptian businesses can begin applying for UINs from October 1, 2024.

Watch this webinar with Rob van der Woude, Fonoa's Chief Tax Officer, and Attila Felföldi, Fonoa’s Data Sharing Lead, as they explain the key aspects of this mandate and the immediate steps businesses need to take to ensure compliance.
