About this event: An interactive workshop is a working session where you’ll design, build, and activate features in your account by following the guidance of a Klaviyo expert.

Event description: Did you know that Klaviyo offers SMS? Using Klaviyo, you can create the perfect omnichannel experience for your existing subscribers. Get the most out of your powerful tools (segments, signup forms, discount codes) to identify, target, and convert existing contacts to SMS subscribers before the holidays.

Attend this training if: You want to use SMS as a marketing channel.

In this session, we will: Identify subscribers who are already part of your email marketing but have not yet subscribed to SMS marketing. We will cover strategies to convert this opportunity audience to your SMS marketing.

Session requirements:

  • Currently use or plan to use SMS in Klaviyo
  • SMS is enabled within your Klaviyo account (this is free and quick to do)
  • Already have email subscribers

Enabling SMS and using signup forms do not require any additional fees, and Klaviyo offers a free plan to help you get started right in time for the holidays.
