How to Build a Decision Enablement Engine with AI + Human Intelligence

About this event

Insights teams are under increasing pressure to move faster, maintain research quality, navigate the opportunities and risks of AI, and demonstrate measurable business impact. Meeting those expectations requires more than delivering insights. It requires helping organizations make better decisions.

In this webinar, Greenbook and CMB will explore a decision enablement approach to modern insights. Using CMB's proprietary Brand Trust research and an illustrative OpenAI case study, the discussion will examine how organizations can generate, extend, integrate, and activate insights to support faster, more confident decision-making. You'll also see how AI and human expertise can work together to bring research closer to the moments where business decisions are made.
