Joe Willer is the Bay Area Legal Program Manager for Start Small Think Big. He works with Start Small Think Big's clients to identify their legal needs and coordinates with volunteer attorneys to meet those needs. Joe is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and is licensed to practice law in California. Prior to law school, he worked as an electrical engineer in his home state of Rhode Island.
Mel has spent the past 31 years helping people buy and sell businesses. He has been involved in transactions for such diverse businesses as food service, small manufacturing, professional practices, retail stores, and service businesses. Many of the transactions he brokered were franchises.
