  I have 30 years in operational business experience in mining, utilities, automotive, glass, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, fishing and ship/ rig repairs of which 20 years has been at a senior level. I have Bachelor of Commerce honours degree and an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law. I presented labour law updates and presented best practice papers on various topics, artisan and multi skilling, shop floor development, employment equity at National and SETA conferences.I am is a well- respected facilitator, trainer & labour relations advisor.
