🧾 The case study: the Hazel road project, in Ollerton

We are lucky to receive Peter Wells, Highways Asset Manager from Via East Midlands.

With Project Engineer Laura Traseira-Piñeiro, they will showcase how sustainable asset management can be achieved by using ORIS Materials Intelligence on a specific case study, the Hazel road project in Ollerton on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council.

This session will explore how ORIS Materials Intelligence supported Via East Midlands in assessing a range of maintenance treatment options for a road managed by a local authority.

Leveraging digital optioneering tools, the project evaluated cost and carbon impacts across multiple scenarios—supporting the implementation of more sustainable maintenance strategies and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
