At Netcompany, we aim to inspire more women to pursue a career in IT and technology, to develop new solutions, and create our common future.

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming female-focused networking and learning event ‘’Women – Future of tech’’ in London. You will have the opportunity to network with tech professionals, learn from female role models and explore how a career in tech allows you to make an impact on society.


This event will be a hybrid event, hosted physically and live-streamed from our Netcompany collaboration space in London: 10 Northburgh Street, London EC1V 0AT.

    Currently leading the growth of Netcompany A/S in the UK as the Country Managing Partner, Richard leans on his extensive experience of building strong and successful teams to enable Netcompany to successfully deliver a cohort of society critical projects, across both public and private sectors.

    Helen Mott Principal @ Netcompany

    Helen, Principal at Netcompany, is central to public sector delivery and development in the UK. Prior to joining Netcompany, Helen was the Deputy Director of Digital at the Ministry of Justice where she was responsible for the department’s digital transformation strategy, 350 user-centred design, product professionals, ways of working, and much more.

    Claire Smith Manager @ Netcompany

    Claire, Infrastructure Manager and Account Lead at Netcompany, began her journey in her Business Information Systems studies at the University of Derby. From her first role as a Business Technology Consultant to now, Claire’s driving force has always been seeing the direct benefits her work delivers for the organisation, the end users, and ultimately society at large.
