During this fireside chat, Carlos and Kati will talk about their respective experience leading CX programs at large organizations in Europe. They will:

  • Discuss what is fundamentally broken in CX
  • Explore why so many companies struggle to deliver great experiences to their customers
  • Consider how typical CX challenges can be addressed

About the speakers

Kati is a passionate CX advocate who has spent most of her career in PostNord, in most recent years responsible for Customer Experience and Brand Experience. The years in logistics have given Kati a vast understanding of CX formation in an environment which is full of dependencies. Kati is a firm believer that actions should be based on customer insights when working with CX.

Carlos has been Director of Mobile Insights and Innovation both at Nokia and Microsoft, driving action thanks to the feedback of millions of customers. He is now Co-founder and CEO of Lumoa, a solution that looks at any type of customer feedback to tell companies what to do next to grow their business.
