British Retail Consortium invites you to their event

The Future Consumer Series: Session 2

About this event

Join the BRC and EY for a webinar at 11am on Tuesday 20th July to explore the very latest in research into the future consumer.

Together, we’ve created the quarterly BRC/EY Future Consumer Index to help retail leaders understand and track emerging consumer behaviours and sentiment around the world. In this webinar we’ll be providing a preview of the trends covered in our second report which is due to be launched later in July.

As well as an update of the trends we explored in the first quarterly report, this webinar will explore consumers attitudes to sustainability. Are the current trends temporary reactions to changing circumstances or a more fundamental shift, and how knowledge and action varies by demographic.
