The Madison Group invites you to their event

Is Your Mold Design Working for Your Part?

About this event

Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and designers invest significant time and effort optimizing material selection and part design for robust performance. However, the product's design intent often isn't fully communicated to the manufacturing team. This communication gap can lead to non-ideal mold construction and processing, ultimately impacting part performance.

This webinar will highlight how critical design decisions regarding the mold and the resulting process can influence your part's performance when this communication breaks down.

After the webinar, you'll have a better understanding of:

  • How feed system design and gate selection influence part performance.
  • How cooling line layout and mold construction influence high-temperature properties.
  • The importance of mold construction, ejection, and venting.
  • How simulation can be used upfront to address potential issues.
