Shaun oversees the 30+ Operations Talent Acquisition team based in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Berlin, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, and Tbilisi. Shaun and his team grew Wolt from 500 people in 2019 to over 5000 people in 2022, achieving a more than doubled headcount in three years.
Shaun adopted innovative and productive hiring practices with an advanced recruitment tech stack. What stands out in his hiring philosophy is his commitment to outstanding Candidate Experience. Shaun successfully managed to unify high productivity hiring with a candidate-centric approach.
