Helping to guide the practice to share the eConsult with the right clinician in the right time frame and ensure that patients are using the best service for their care.

  • Provide the practice with detail on how to best approach navigation with OLC
  • Cover the basic principles of standardised consultations
  • Discuss key support tools such as Local Services, ARRS etc.
